She was born on the 10th of February. So Cathy's next baby has to be born on the 5th to keep with the pattern. Andrew was born on the 10th and Emma was the 5th and Paisley was the 15th. See, pattern!
James and I were able to get away on a Valentine/Anniversary weekend. And this was with NO kids. I'll do another post for that because I have some pictures and I already have a ton on this one!
After we got back from our weekend we left for Tennessee.
She told me that I was her favorite Aunt, but not to tell anyone!
Andrew was in love with her from the minute he saw her and told us that he loved her several times a day while we were there. And while we were there we got the kids Easter out fits. Here is a picture of Andrew posing.
Isn't he a dapper dude! Handsome! You can't see it in this picture, but he has a pink tie under his vest.
I'll get better pictures of the girls in their dresses, but this is Emma minus the cute little purse she has.
And here is Paisley in her dress with Uncle Brooks. They were so cute. We had matching dresses for Emma and Paisley. Elizabeth had a different dress, but it was the exact same colors just a different style. So of course we had pictures of them taken. That was a TON of fun! (That's meant to be sarcastic!)
We got home from there and I though things would be winding down, but I was wrong. The Friday after we got back, Paisley had some bumps on her belly and I figured I'd watch them and see what happened. Well, on Saturday, she had more! Panic! So I go to the Dr.'s office and he tells me it's nothing, just some cold spots and that she's not contagious. So we carry on with life that day and visit some family and go to church on Sunday. By this time she has some more, so I begin to wonder again if this is something else. So we ask a nurse that goes to church with us and she says it's Chicken Pox. My first suspicion! Dang! So we take her to her Dr. (the one we saw on Sat. was the on call Dr for the clinic) and he confirms it! My little baby has Chicken Pox.
This is on the down swing of it so things look good.
This is her back. There were more on her bum, but I thought it wouldn't be a good idea to post them.
But the good news was that she was happy the whole time! No itching at them and being miserable. She smiled the whole time. So all in all it was a good experience. Oh, and to top everything off Paisley learned how to crawl while we were away in TN. So here is a video of her doing her thing. I'm going to be in so much trouble now. They're all mobile!! If no one hears from me in a while just know that I've been committed!!!
